Every few years, my bank will release a new banking mobile app. It will offer the exact same functionality, and its design will be updated to match the current trends in application appearance. It will lose its records of transfer templates and utility payments. The bank will start a mailing list to tell me daily of the capabilities of its brand-new banking experience.
